When I work with clients wanting to lose weight, I am dedicated to the idea that weight loss should be a healthy and sensible process. I therefore use techniques to equip you with the skills and ability to make permanent and lasting changes  

 

Using hypnotherapy can help to make losing weight and maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle a much easier process.

 

It not only helps you to stay focussed and motivated, but to feel good about yourself too

 

How does hypnotherapy help?

 

As with much of human behaviour we can form unhelpful habits and associations including the way we eat and the choices we make around both food and lifestyle. These habits and patterns can seem difficult to break

 

Whilst the brain is ‘wired’ in a way that makes certain foods seem more appealing and difficult to resist, if we are in the ‘right’ place in our mind we are able to establish more helpful patterns, habits and associations. This will help us to make appropriate decisions and resisting temptation will come more naturally. Once in this winning place in our mind we can remain in control and make sensible and healthy choices that last.

 

Difficulties with weight loss are rarely a conscious or logical issue. Successful weight loss is as much about re-educating your subconscious mind as it is about dieting.

 

Hypnosis helps to refocus the mind and break unhelpful habits and patterns, making sticking to a sensible weight loss programme much easier. Your positive new mind set and the reward of seeing results will give you that positive motivation to stay on track. It is both more enjoyable and easier to maintain than a ‘quick fix diet’

Its also about more than just sticking to a diet plan...
